Before you log a complaint against a seller, make absolutely sure that you have a valid complaint. A valid complaint can be any one of:
- You were sold a file and it is corrupt (unplayable or bad image, audio or video artifacts).
- You were sold a file and it is not what you thought you were purchasing.
If either of these happens to you, an electronic complaint form can be filled using our Complaints Page.
