Bitmunk does not allow anonymous transactions because we are committed to protecting all of our users from fraud. This means that you must verify who you are before you are allowed to deposit or withdraw funds on Bitmunk. It is a very simple process.
To verify your identity you must enter your legal name and residence. Your residence will be checked against a database of valid addresses.
In addition to requiring users to enter their legal name and residence, money cannot be deposited into a Bitmunk account without using a credit card that has a valid address. Similarly, money cannot be withdrawn from a Bitmunk account without a valid address.
Once you have created a username and password on Bitmunk you can log in. From the "My Account" page, if you click on "Edit Identity" or try to perform any action that requires you to verify your identity, you will be taken to the "Edit Identity" page. Follow the instructions to complete the verification process.
